Thanks for shopping with THINKING RIGHT, LLC (CounselCraft).

Because our products are delivered digitally, all sales are final once your download is available — except as described below.

If the product you received is defective, incomplete, or materially not as described on its product page, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. Email support@thinkingright.llc with your order number and a description of the problem. If your request qualifies, we'll refund the purchase price to your original payment method.

We don't offer refunds for change of mind or because the product turned out not to be needed.
