Terms of Service

1. What we sell. THINKING RIGHT, LLC ("we") sells downloadable self-help legal kits and guides (our "Products"), delivered electronically after purchase.

2. Not legal advice. Our Products are legal information and self-help tools, not legal advice. Buying a Product does not create an attorney-client relationship with us or any attorney. If you need legal advice, consult a licensed attorney in your state.

3. Your license. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Products you buy for your own purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or publish them.

4. Refunds. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

5. No guarantees. Laws change and every situation is different. We work to keep our Products current and accurate, but we don't guarantee any particular result.

6. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a Product won't exceed what you paid for that Product.

7. Governing law. These terms are governed by California law.
