Customer Policies

Effective September 29, 2026. These policies apply to CounselCraft digital packages sold by Thinking Right, LLC.

Digital delivery

Products are digital downloads; no physical item is shipped. Save and extract the ZIP package, then open START_HERE or the contents index. Keep the original files and edit a working copy. See How to Use Your CounselCraft Download for file-format and troubleshooting instructions.

7-day refund window

You may request a refund within seven calendar days after purchase by emailing support@thinkingright.llc with your order number and the product purchased. Include a short description if you experienced a problem so we can help resolve it. Refunds are issued to the original payment method; the time for the credit to appear depends on your payment provider.

If you were charged twice, did not receive the download, or received a corrupt or unusable supplied file, contact us even if the seven-day window has passed so we can investigate and correct the problem. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Support

Email support@thinkingright.llc. Our response target is 2–3 business days. For a technical issue, include the order number, product, file name, device, application, and a short description of what happened. Do not include payment-card details or a full case file to report a download problem.

Use of purchased materials

The license included in your package governs its permitted use. Package-specific permissions may differ. The landlord package, for example, permits use for the purchaser's residential properties and properties the purchaser is authorized to manage.

Do not resell, publicly post, or redistribute the original blank proprietary document library. Share completed documents only as permitted by the applicable license. Government forms and public-domain laws remain available from official sources without purchasing a package.

Editions, services, and separate costs

Your purchase supplies the edition identified in the listing. It is not a subscription and does not include automatic future editions, personalized document review, filing services, or representation unless expressly stated. Government filing, recording, publication, service, and other third-party charges are separate.
