A specific deliverable for a specific decision

Receive an annotated copy of your agreement, a prioritized written list of proposed fixes, and a 20-minute discussion with Matthew. The review focuses on the agreed transaction and how the wording may create avoidable disagreements about responsibilities, performance, payment, or remedies.

What the $249 pilot includes

  • One version of one agreement, with a maximum of five pages including exhibits and incorporated terms supplied for review.
  • An annotated copy identifying the provisions that deserve attention.
  • A written fix list with priorities, explanations, and proposed changes within the agreed scope.
  • One 20-minute discussion.

Three accepted pilot matters per week. Availability and the delivery date are confirmed through intake and the engagement. An inquiry does not reserve a slot.

How to request a slot

  1. Email intake@thinkingright.llc with your name, the parties and relevant affiliates, agreement type, page count, and requested deadline.
  2. Wait for conflicts screening and confirmation of suitability. Please do not send the agreement or detailed confidential facts with the initial inquiry.
  3. Complete the defined engagement with Matthew P. Krupnick, Attorney at Law. The engagement confirms scope, delivery date, fees, and payment arrangements.
  4. Provide the document through the approved intake channel and receive the review deliverables.

Scope limits

Negotiating with the other party, replacement-agreement drafting, additional versions or revision rounds, litigation, filing, tax advice, and work beyond the five-page or one-transaction limit are outside this pilot. Additional work requires a separate written scope and fee.
